2. General

All purchases are made with Damicards, based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, represented by Damian Twarogowski. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, including payment, shipping, and return conditions. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless otherwise communicated.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. For international buyers, additional import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands using reliable carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. All items are packed safely and with care. Shipping is available throughout the European Union and beyond.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), physically receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at damicards.contact@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the purchase.

6. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
  • The cost of returning the goods is at your own expense.
  • Reimbursement will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Damaged or clearly used products may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.
