How do you pack cards?
We pack every order as carefully as possible. Every card is sleeved, and cards above 10 EUR are packed in a top loader for extra protection. We always aim for safe, collector-friendly packaging.
How fast do you ship?
We usually ship within 24 hours after the order is confirmed (business days). If anything requires extra time, we will let you know immediately.
Where can I buy from you?
You can order via Cardmarket and Vinted. If you prefer another platform, message us - we can list items elsewhere on request when possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from the Netherlands, with EU shipping available depending on the platform and selected delivery option.
What is your returns policy?
Returns follow EU consumer rules, as we are based in the Netherlands. If there is any issue with an order, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
